Welcome to your Instructional
Internet-based MACROECONOMICS course.
My name is Megan Cummins and I
will be your instructor this semester.
My educational background
includes an Associate of Arts degree from Victor Valley College
(yes, I was a transfer student!); a Bachelor of Arts in History
from the University of California, San Diego; and a Master’s
Degree in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins
University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies
(SAIS).
I have been an instructor at
Golden West College, Rio Hondo College, Victor Valley College and
Coastline Community College for over two years. I am here to help
you excel in your quest to master macroeconomics. On the course
website I have included lots of exercises which will be very
useful in helping you understand the course material. It is
important that you read the chapters in a timely manner and also
do the practice worksheets which I have included on the website.
These exercises will help you apply the concepts that you have
learned while reading the chapters.

Saturdays). I will also be available to receive telephone calls
during the following office hours.
