The course case studies are designed to help you apply your nutritional knowledge to a variety of situations. Each case study presents the story of a different individual and gives you tools to assist them in their dietary choices. Click on View Case Study, print the case study and choose the correct answers before attempting to submit them on-line. After you have decided on your answers, click on Take Case Study and submit your answers. You will be allowed to submit your answers only one time.
