study presents the story of a different individual and gives you tools to assist
them in their dietary choices. Print the case study and choose the correct

Male, 29 years old
5'10" 155 lb.
Todd is a young man who enjoys the out doors. When he's
not working behind his desk he enjoys spending his weekends going on 2 hour bike
rides or hiking in the mountains. For the last four years Todd has changed from
being a lacto-ovo vegetarian to a Vegan. He loves to cook and has no problem
