Instructions

  1. All quizzes are open book. You may print quizzes to work on while reading course material. Access the Take Quiz with your Username and Password.
  2. Print the Take Quiz and close the Take Quiz window. Do not submit.
  3. When you are ready to submit your quiz you will need to log back into Take Quiz with your Username and Password to submit your answers.
  4. Please note that all quiz submissions are recorded and tracked. You will receive the results by e-mail immediately after you have submitted your quiz. Only your first submission (score) will be accepted.

Following the above guidelines will decrease the amount of time you will spend on the Internet and also minimize any possible problems with the Internet service providers.

Accessibility Note for Those Who Use Screen Reader Software:
The online quiz software we currently use does not create a page which is completely accessible to some screen readers. If your screen reader does not read the "Take Quiz" page correctly to you, please contact your instructor for further instructions.
