Enter your 9-digit STUDENT ID NUMBER which is printed at the
top of your Touch-tone Telephone Registration Form when you are
asked to do so. Write your student ID number in the spaces
provided.

Enter your BIRTH DATE when you are asked to do so, or enter your
four-digit PERSONAL SECURITY CODE if you have selected one. If
entering your birth date, it must be entered in the 2-digit month,
2-digit day, 2-digit year format. ( Example: February 16, 1972 would
be 02-16-72)

Enter the average number of employment hours you work per week
as a 2-digit number. Example: 5 hours per week would be 05; 30 hours
per week would be 30. Write your work hour in the space
provided.

Once Touch-tone Registration has verified you as student, you
will be given the following options:

After you have complete adding and/or dropping classes, DO NOT
HANG UP-PRESS 9. You will hear your Current Balance.
This will include health fee, student service charge and material
fees. Write this amount here ____ and on your Touch-tone
Telephone Registration Form in Box 2, Fee Information, in the
space entitled Subtotal.

Pay your fees as follows: (within FOUR
working days)
- To Pay By Credit Card Using the
Telephone: Follow the spoken
instructions given to you on the telephone and enter the
appropriate credit card information. You may use Master
Card, Visa and Discover. In Box 3, be sure to check that
you entered your credit card information by telephone.
- To Pay By Credit Card Using the
Mail: If you do not wish to
enter your credit card information by telephone, you may still
pay fees using your Master Card, Visa or Discover by completing
the appropriate information in Box 3. If you wish donate
to the CCC Foundation, add the fee to the subtotal found in Box
2, and enter the amount in the space titled Total Fees Due and
Authorized.
- To Pay By Check or Money Order:
If you wish to donate to the
CCC Foundation, add the fee to the subtotal found in Box 2. Make your check or money order payable to
Coastline
Community College for the Total Fees Due and Enclosed.
- To have your fees waived through the Board of Governors
Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOG-W): contact the Financial Aid office
at (714) 241-6239. California residents who currently receive
AFDC, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), General Relief,
Refugee Cash Assistance or have a very low income may have
enrollment and health fees paid for them. Documentation is
needed. Arrangements for the fee waiver must be taken care
of BEFORE you call

To complete your registration, complete BOX 4, and send your
completed Touch-tone Telephone Registration Form along with your
check, money order, or credit card information for the TOTAL FEES to
REGISTRATION. You must submit your registration materials
within four working days after you complete your enrollment your
your registration will be cancelled.

If you need assistance with your Touch-tone Telephone
Registration, you may call (714) 241-6262 to speak with a
registration assistant. Assistants will be available from 8:30
a.m.-2:00 p.m. PDT, Monday-Thursday, and 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. PDT on
Friday during the Touch-tone Registration period.
